Release of video featuring Sir Lewis Hamilton’s Mulberry STEM Academy visit

We are thrilled to announce the release of an exciting video featuring seven-time Formula One World Champion, Sir Lewis Hamilton, during his visit to Mulberry School for Girls last term. The video showcases Sir Lewis’s engagement with secondary and primary students from across the Mulberry Schools Trust, with a particular focus on our innovative Mulberry STEM Academy.

Santa’s Grotto

Blending the real-world experience of taking the DLR with the celebration of Christmas, the children visited the DLR-themed Santa’s Grotto in Tower Gateway. Each child got to pick what design they wanted painting on their face, scooped reindeer food into bags and sprinkled in edible glitter, and finally got to meet Santa himself!

Discover – Children’s Story Centre

We went to the Discover – Children’s Story Centre in Stratford to use our imaginations and create a story for Hootah the alien. The children enjoyed exploring the Story World to create their own story ideas by trying on different costumes, explore different settings, and building characters through a range of activities.

Anti-Bullying Week

The theme of this year’s Anti-Bullying Week was “Reach Out,” so the children learned about friendship, acts of kindness and being kind to others. They also celebrated how we are all different and unique by wearing odd socks.
